Chef Michael Sullivan at Merrill Inn
Michael has over 20 years experience in some of the finest restaurants in Toronto, in "The Fifth", rated Toronto's top restaurant the last two years by Toronto Life Magazine. He also worked at Auberge du Pommier, Opus, Matisse and The Roof Restaurant at the Park Plaza Hotel. He is a graduate of George Brown College's Chef's Program.
Michael is extremely passionate about food and has crafted a truly artisan menu utilizing the freshest ingredients from the County.
